I guess I should clarify, this is SQl Serverif that makes any difference down the road for anyone else. Stack Overflow works best with JavaScript enabled. I checked permissions on the directories and the file, they're all "normal" nothing restrictive.
In your example, Excel shows the name of the sheet as Market.
